Testing, Testing...is this thing on?

So last week I bit the bullet and took my laptop in. It kept freezing up on me. It wouldn't do anything, mouse frozen, ctl+alt+del did nothing. We had to hold the button down to get it to power down and reboot. I ran every update and virus scan I could find. Nothing. Turns out we had a virus. (We all got hit with the flu so why not the computer right?) Anyway $90 later we have new BIOS, new drivers and everything reinstalled. Good to go right? Wrong. Three days of good behavior and the computer is at it again. We took it back in yesterday and now they have installed a new hard drive and new memory. At least there was no charge since the work was under warranty. Let's hope the computer is all better now. I realized after just not having my computer for 24 hrs at a time what a hopeless addict I am.
