And so it begins with GM
GM filed for bankruptcy today. I am thanking God that so far my husband's plant has not been tagged to close. However, he has had many lay offs already this year and it is certain there will be more. Many concessions have been made by the workers. I assume some have been made by management as well but we sure feel the brunt of things. The media doesn't always portray things accurately or fairly. I think that is the part that bothers me more than anything else. As scary as these times are, I feel fine. I know God is going to take care of us. Will we keep our cars? Or our house? Or other worldly possessions? I am not sure but I know the Lord will keep our family together and that is the most important thing of all. I totally believe that He healed something as complicated as Maddie's heart so He can certainly take care of this.

(((Steph))) You are right. Keep your faith and I will keep you all in my prayers!
((((Stpeh)))) I know it's hard when times are uncertain.
Scary times, but I LOVE your perspective - which is from God.
My folks are VERY nervous about this and how it will effect their retirement, but we can just wait and see and pray. God will provide.
